The Edinburgh International Climbing Arena:Ratho has received a 5 star rating, the maximum available, from the VisitScotland Quality Assurance scheme.
Following a mystery visit by a representative of VisitScotland, we retained our 5 star status (first awarded two years ago).
As part of the visit, the assessor considered various criteria including cleanliness, customer service, activity experience and quality of operation.
Graeme Gardiner, Manager of the Edinburgh International Climbing Arena, said: “This is fantastic achievement and I would like to thank all of the EICA staff for contributing to the positive visitor experience for VisitScotland.”
