Getting kids active is as easy as ABC. We have an exciting range of activities for under 5s in our Active Bright Children programmes. Based around fun and enjoyment, movement and participation, the focus is on encouraging a healthy lifestyle from an early age.
Mini Athletics This is our class for pre-school children aged 3-5 years. It teaches basic movement skills for running, jumping & throwing as well as fundamentals such as balance, co-ordination and flexibility. The ethos behind this class is “play and learn” and encourages your child to learn whilst having fun.
Gym Nippers Try our fantastic music and movement programme, Gym Nippers to keep your little ones fit and healthy. Gym Nippers consists of structured, fun, movement and co-ordination lessons using large and small apparatus.
Mini Kickers
A programme of football coaching for 3 – 5 year olds designed by the Scottish football association. Mini Kickers focuses on a range of activities that are both fun and development for boys and girls..
Mini Tennis
Mini tennis is a fun, active introduction to basic tennis and coordination skills for 3 – 5 year olds. Children should be accompanied by their parent / carer who will assist them during the class.
Baby Sensory
These classes are designed specifically for babies from birth. The baby development activities stimulate the senses and help your baby develop. We use a wide variety of sensory activities including fiber optic light shows, water play, music and movement. For more information give us a call, and a member of staff will be happy to help.
