Giant feet, spiders’ webs and unexploded bombs are among the interesting challenges faced in the teambuilding sessions at EICA, Ratho.
This inspiring, stimulating location removes people from the confines of the normal working day so they are at ease and open to the fantastic experiences ahead. Learning through play is one of the best ways to build lasting bonds which help team performance back in the office.
Every team building day can be built up to suit the challenges you want your team to face… and we’ve got plenty to choose from.
In the world’s largest indoor climbing arena it’s a bit of a given that climbing and bouldering will form part of the team building activities available but at EICA you can do so much more than that. There’s also the aerial assault course or abseiling to get you moving and the adrenaline pumping.
We’ve got a range of more traditional team building activities to choose from too such as the UXB (unexploded bomb), sheep & shepherd, scramble and spiders feet, all of which will challenge your team to think and work together whilst enjoying a healthy dose of fun. The team will have a great day but they’ll also pick up skills which will help them work better when you get back to base.
There are mental and physical challenges to be faced with our team building activities with a mix of indoor and outdoor activities available. Planning and problem solving are key to these activities; that and a healthy dose of fun! We offer all kinds of games and challenges designed to create better workers, thinkers and team players.
If you want to try an outdoor activity we can organise charity abseils, hill walking expeditions and outdoor climbing sessions as well as bringing our mobile climbing tower to you.
