We've just celebrated our first birthday as one of Edinburgh's most unique conferencing and events venues and to celebrate we're giving a gift to you.
If you book any team building activities to take place during in July or August, we'll provide you with a meeting room for free.
Groups of under 12 persons can enjoy the Marshall Room free of charge for a full day. It's an ideal room for brain storming sessions, planning or just a meeting in lovely surroundings. For larger groups, of over 12 people, the more spacious Patey Suite, which overlooks the climbing arena, is yours free of charge for a full day.

Terms and Conditions apply:
- offer is subject to availability
- minimum spend of £20.00 per person is required on team activities
- minimum number of 6 persons per booking
- full day hire is between 0900 and 1700
- the EICA reserve the right to change the rooms. However a room of equal value will be offered
- offer excludes any AV hire and catering costs.
- this offer is valid for new bookings only, it does not apply to bookings or enquiries that have already been made.
- Offer is valid only for bookings taking place from 01 July to 31 August 2008.
