If you’ve done a bit of climbing and have been watching good climbers cruising up the wall making it all look so easy then you might benefit from a little coaching. We’ll teach you the specific movement skills and techniques required to become a better and more efficient climber.

You’ll learn the importance of precise footwork, how to use a variety of different handholds, how to move more fluidly and how to tackle the different angles that may be encountered whilst climbing. Wherever your aspirations lie we can tailor the movement skills training to suit all ages and abilities.

If your hard hours of training are not giving you the results that you require, then you may want to look into taking one of our fitness coaching courses. You don’t have to be super-muscular athlete to be a good climber, all that is needed is an understanding of balance, body awareness and technique helping you to reach new heights on the wall or crag!

Whether your aspirations lie in becoming an 8a* guru or an HVS* weekend warrior or even getting to grips with the lingo, all aspects of training can be covered and taught by one of our highly professional climbing coaches.      

*8a and HVS are grades of climbs at the tougher end of the spectrum
