Classes are great. We love classes. The buzz and motivation of working out with other people is amazing and we're sure you’ll love adding fitness classes to your life.
If you fancy working out with others a group fitness class may be just what you need.We've got a huge studio so there's plenty room to leap around in Bodyattack or Bodycombat or space to stretch out in Pilates. We've got a whole host of programmes for different needs and levels - everybody is welcome and everybody can take part. However, you do need to be aged over 14 for our classes and aged over 16 for Bodypump.
Each class offers a range of options that will take you from beginner to advanced level. Take classes at your own pace and enjoy them, if you're apprehensive, a quick chat with any of our instructors will put you at ease and you'll soon fit in to the swing of things.
