We have a range of classes to provide you with variety in your workout below are some brief descriptions to help you choose the right class for you.

Bodybalance – A dynamic yoga based class leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed.

Bodycombat – A unique blend of various combat sports giving you a fat burning, strength-gaining workout.

Bodypump – A muscular strength endurance workout using weights. Strengthens, conditions and tones.

Boxercise - Punch your way to a perfect physique. A combination of hand to eye co-ordination, balance and timing in a fun and energetic class open to all abilities.

Circuits – Station based class working on strength and endurance.

RPM- Indoor cycling cardiovascular workout, burning up to 900 calories in one 45 minute session. 

Yoga - Gentle and relaxing class, concentrating on the conditioning of the body and mind.

Zumba - This fun, latin-inspired, dance-fitness class is designed to tone & sculp your body while burning fat.
